Co-Founder and Managing Partner
As managing partner of Asset Life Settlements, LLC, Jeff Hallman brings to the company an unsurpassed level of passion and excellence. With more than 13 years of progressively responsible experience as a life settlement broker, Jeff has earned a reputation among his peers as one of the foremost professionals in the industry.
Jeff began his career in senior life settlements in January 2001 when he accepted a position with Advanced Settlements. Having found himself as an “early adopter” in an emerging industry that had not yet reached market maturity, Jeff recognized the need to roll up his sleeves and learn every facet of life settlements from the ground up. His tenacity, commitment, and determination to succeed paid off one year later when he closed his very first life settlement transaction.
Throughout the next 13 years, Jeff mastered all aspects of the life settlement business including case submission, underwriting, the institutional bidding process and pricing, life expectancy analyses, contract negotiation, etc. As a result of his success, he quickly rose to become the top sales executive and ultimately was appointed Vice President of Sales at Advanced Settlements. His role as the senior sales executive afforded him the opportunity to personally acquire and service national accounts, including one of the larger national accounts in the history of Advanced Settlements. During that time, he closed more than 625 senior life settlement transactions valued nearly $2 billion.
In addition to his remarkable track record of closed transactions and his unparalleled expertise, Jeff brings to Asset Life Settlements the unique ability to leverage his close working relationships with the industry’s top institutional funding sources in pursuit of the highest offer for each case.
Prior to his career with senior life settlements, Jeff worked as a viatical settlement broker assisting terminally ill policyholders seeking to optimize the value of their life insurance. Previous to that, he served for 14 years in the property and casualty insurance industry as a safety engineer for The Hartford Insurance Company and Wausau Insurance Company.
Jeff holds a B.S. degree in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Life Insurance Settlement Association (LISA), and a frequent participant at the industry’s leading conferences, including the Million Dollar Round Table, Top of the Table, Forum 400, NAILBA, and NAIFA. Jeff is married to his lovely wife Barbara of 15 years and is actively engaged with his three children’s athletic activities involving baseball and volleyball. In his free time, Jeff grabs his fishing rod and enjoys his favorite passion – bass fishing.

As a co-founder of Asset Life Settlements, LLC, Scott Thomas brings to the company more than 20 years of professional accomplishments involving executive leadership, client acquisition, and broker services. As managing partner and one of the industry’s most experienced life settlement professionals, Scott takes a hands-on approach in serving as a principal conduit between the secondary market for life insurance and professional advisors seeking to maximize the cash potential of their clients’ unwanted life insurance policies.
Prior to Asset Life Settlements, Scott served for more than 12 years as Vice President of National Sales at Advanced Settlements. During that time he was responsible for achieving corporate revenue goals that required new client acquisition and the servicing of both new and existing accounts. In his leadership role as the company’s top sales executive, Scott and his team fostered relationships with C-level executives at major wealth management firms, high-end insurance producers, and estate planning attorneys and financial advisors. Over the years he personally closed nearly 600 cases valued at nearly $2 billion in face value.
Before joining Advanced Settlements, Scott worked as a top sales executive with a national vacation ownership resort company. He successfully built his team from five sales professionals and one manager to more than 30 sales executives and three managers – closing nearly $100 million in sales during his seven years of experience in the industry.
Scott attended the University of Central Florida and is a member the Life Settlement Association (LISA). He has been a frequent participant and/or speaker at the industry’s leading conferences, including Million Dollar Round Table, Forum 400, Top of the Table, NAIFA, NAILBA.
In his free time, Scott is actively involved with his son’s athletic pursuits and in helping him achieve success on the baseball field, as well as in life. Scott is a huge sports fan and also enjoys listening to the sounds of his favorite music artist, Steely Dan.
Graham Crouch comes to Asset Life Settlements, LLC with more than 20 years of comprehensive insurance industry and financial services experience, including advanced expertise in the secondary market for life insurance, insurance brokerage, and multi-line sales management. He has held leadership positions as a Director, Regional Sales Manager, Field Trainer, and Wholesale Manager with some of the nation’s most well-respected carriers. Graham will be responsible for leading the company’s sales division with a specific focus on expanding strategic relationships with national accounts.
Most recently, Graham served as a regional sales executive for one of the nation’s leading providers of insurance, annuities and employee benefit programs. Prior to that, Graham was employed with Maple Life Financial, one of the life settlement industry’s most respected providers in the secondary market for life insurance. For eight years, Graham led Maple Life’s sales where he played a key role in helping to fund life settlement transactions worth more than four billion dollars in face amount. While at Maple Life, Graham fostered relationships with key decision makers across the industry while managing a national account base of insurance advisors/agents, financial advisors, and wealth management firms. He was the leading producer, closing more than 35% of the firm’s business, and consistently increased the overall value of National accounts.
In his early years as an agent and manager, Graham focused on management training and mentoring-based programs that spawned creativity, decreased turnover, and motivated new agents to quickly succeed and work independently. He and the teams he managed consistently received top awards for performance and excelled in the industry.
Graham has consistently participated in numerous industry events such as NAILBA, AALU, Top of the Table, Heckerling, and MDRT.
Graham is an avid sports enthusiast and in his spare time, enjoys golf, tennis, and attending Washington Redskins games.
Wayne F. McClintock
Executive Vice President, Business Development | Strategic Alliances
Wayne F. McClintock brings nearly 20 years of demonstrated achievement in sales, marketing, and business development across the insurance, technology, and financial consulting industries to his new role at Asset Life Settlements, LLC. Throughout his tenure in these industries, he has been consistently nationally-recognized by his peers with the honor of sales leader and distribution innovator.
As Asset Life Settlements’ Executive Vice President, Business Development & Strategic Alliances, Wayne will plant an additional company flag on the West Coast with a focus on California. He will contribute to Asset Life Settlements’ continued success by recruiting, servicing, and retaining profitable partnerships and client accounts. To promote and build out new distribution opportunities, Wayne will utilize his extensive experience in sales and marketing to help expand the company’s brand into new territories. Driven by a relentless focus on customer service and business growth, Wayne’s passions and strengths lie in developing strong relationships with advisors, clients, and strategic partners and delivering satisfying solutions for all parties.
Wayne’s most recent venture was co-founding and serving as the Executive Managing Director of Quality Quote Insurance Solutions, a boutique firm that provides insurance and financial consulting services. In this role, he was heavily involved not only in the development of strategic relationships and marketing planning but also in the daily operations of the business. Prior to that, Wayne founded Hilltop Partners, a startup financial services company. As CEO and Founder, his involvement ranged from defining the business plan to designing the sales and marketing processes used to effectively drive brand positioning, sales growth, and new business development. Prior to his time with Hilltop Partners, Wayne held increasingly responsible positions with Capitas Financial. Over his ten-year tenure there, which he ended as Senior Vice President, he introduced a marketing initiative that boosted quarterly sales (SQL) by 8%, resulting in a 12% conversion rate, a 12% increase in deal size, and 250% ROI. He was named Sales Leader of the Year every year during his tenure at Capitas.
In his early professional career, Wayne worked in business development and sales, consistently meeting or surpassing quotas. He graduated from the University of San Francisco McLaren School of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a marketing emphasis. Wayne is committed to ongoing professional improvement through continuing education seminars in the areas of sales, marketing, business development, executive management, and strategic business planning. .
Wayne played Division I NCAA collegiate golf at the University of San Francisco, and proceeded to play professionally in the minor leagues. He still very much embraces his athletic passion, and enjoys playing with his long-time friends and business associates. Wayne loves relaxing with family and friends, sipping wine and enjoying the moment, as well as spending time at his family’s country home in Ukiah.
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Holan specializes in agent relations, policy procurement, and case design. A seasoned veteran of the secondary market for life insurance, Holan also utilizes his industry expertise to advance the company’s negotiating posture with institutional funders.
Holan’s accomplishments include having worked within the secondary market for life insurance for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Asset Life Settlements, Holan founded Trinity Financial Services, LLC in 2001 which quickly became one of the industry’s most recognized life settlement brokerage firms. Before founding Trinity, Holan served as Vice President for a brokerage firm that specialized in viatical life settlements and he helped successfully broker some of the life settlement industry’s earliest transactions. Harry is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
